I am Daisuke Ueda, and I am delighted to share that I have joined the Functional Food Ingredients Department at J Sights Corporation as of January.

With fourteen years of dedicated experience in the meat sector—particularly in artificial casings and functional ingredients—I have chosen to align myself with President Saito’s vision of “building a company shaped by a protein led perspective.”

My intention is to bring a more refined and discerning perspective to the industry I have long served. By delivering considered, high quality solutions for cost optimisation and product enhancement, I hope to offer genuine value in what remain challenging times.

Looking beyond the traditional boundaries of the meat industry, I am also eager to introduce our premium collagen peptides and extracts to the nursing care and beauty sectors.

My aim is to serve as an elegant and effective bridge between our suppliers and your specific needs, contributing to broader health and well being.
